At Jason’s Removals and Storage, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our removals and storage services.
This refund policy outlines the terms for refunds related to both services offered by our company.

Storage Services
Prepaid Monthly Payments:
Storage services are billed on a prepaid, monthly basis.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Customers are required to provide at least two (2) weeks’ notice to cancel their storage contract.
Refunds for storage are only provided for unused time exceeding one month.
For periods under one month, no refunds will be issued.
Delivery Fees:
Any refunds issued for storage services will have applicable delivery or pickup fees deducted.

Removals Services
Payment Terms:
Payments for removals are due only after the successful completion of the service. No deposits are required in advance.
Cancellations:
As no deposits are taken for removals, there are no refunds applicable for cancellations.

Delivery Fees Deduction:
Where applicable, delivery fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refund Method:
Refunds may be issued in a different payment method than the one used to make the original payment.
